Update

It's hard to believe this is the last day of August and tomorrow is September! I'm so excited! This is my FAVORITE time of the year! I love everything about the fall! From cool weather to football season to the hustle and bustle of the holidays, I can't wait!!

We just had our second IGNITE Worship Service at the BCM tonight and we had a wonderful time! Holdenville youth praise band came and did an awesome job! I was impressed with their musicality and worshipful attitudes! I really enjoyed seeing the young guys worship and have fun at the same time! Justin taught a lesson about being different from the world in order to be a good witness to others! He did a great job, unfortunately I only heard about half of it before I had to take Haylie out! She kept pointing and saying, "dada!" She didn't understand that she had to be quiet and not talk to her daddy during the message! Our first IGNITE was last Monday and we had only about 5 students. Tonight we had about 15, so it's gradually increasing! If we keep spreading the word and the students bring friends maybe we can increase the attendance!

During the day today I just stayed at home with Haylie and cleaned house! I got the "moving furniture bug" that I get quite often. I ended up rearranging our living room AND our bedroom. I was trying to figure out a way to redo Haylie's too, but ended up not doing it! I just needed a change. I'm the type of person that would move furniture probably once a month if I could think of enough different ways to arrange it! ;)

Last night after church service we went over to Pastor Tommy and Beth's house for dinner. They had invited some of the SSC baseball players and thought it would be a great opportunity for us to meet them and tell them about the BCM ministry. We had a wonderful time visiting with the Pastor and his family and getting to know the players!

The rest of this week is pretty busy with the exception of tomorrow. The plan is to stay in tomorrow ALL DAY and enjoy it because the rest of the week is full!

Wednesday will be NOONDAY at BCM, 2 piano lessons at the church, Bible Study, and Choir rehearsal. Thursday is brunch with friends, and dinner with my family for my birthday. Friday I have another piano lesson with a new student and then that night we get to go over to some friends' house for dinner! Saturday we'll be going to Edmond for our niece's birthday party, and then Sunday, of course, is always busy. Justin's preaching at Ideal St. Baptist again!
