Teething

Haylie's been having a hard time the past couple of days trying to get some more teeth. She already has her front top two, and front bottom two, but I think she's trying to get some on the sides now and she's in pain. I can just tell she feels horrible because she's not herself at all. She's been so fussy and cranky, crying and she usually hardly ever cries. Yesterday she wouldn't eat very much, although, today her appetite seems to be better. She still has slept really well, other than having a little tougher time actually going to sleep. Once she's asleep she's there all night though, thankfully! I just gave her some tylenol and put her down for an early nap--she was just exhausted. Maybe when she wakes up she'll feel better.

I just hate knowing that she's in pain and there's nothing I can do to make it better. I hope these teeth hurry and come in so she can be back to the funny, silly, laughing Haylie she usually is!

Yesterday we went down to Falls Creek and visited Holdenville. We stayed for their lunch and devotion. We met the youth pastor and his wife, and we were also able to meet a young girl that will be attending SSC this fall. We encouraged her to come to the BCM so hopefully we'll see her there.

Tomorrow we are planning to get out for awhile, nothing special, just get out of the house. On Sunday Justin is going to preach at Sasakwa FBC.

I'm looking forward to the weekend; I enjoy our family time. I just hope that Haylie starts feeling better soon!

OH!!! I forgot to say that Haylie's started doing the cutest thing! She's started hugging me; she lays her head on my shoulder and then she says, "Awwwe." I've done that to her since she was born and I guess now she's learned it! :)

  1. I love the hugging part. I can't wait until Will can hug me. Sorry about the teething. I'm really not looking forward to that!
